Wild Women in the Woods: Goat Yoga

Join us for a fun, easy yoga class with a twist!

Details: Jennifer Horner and her herd of goats will be traveling to the Anderson Conservation Area! We will do an easy 30 minute yoga flow, and then love on our hooved friends. Red Oak Nutrition will be there to keep us hydrated!
