Teacher Resources (PreK- 12th Grade)

The MCCB offers all in-class programs and field trips free to schools in Montgomery County and surrounding counties. Each grade is offered programs designed to meet the goals of the Next Generation Science Standards. Click your grade level, and check out the programs offered. If you have a topic in mind and don't see a program, contact Cassandra Alfstad and she will try her best to create a curriculum to fit your class's needs.

See a program you want? Fill out a program request form and schedule a time for our naturalist to come visit or for your class to take a field trip with us.

In-Class Programs

Each class is offered three in-class visits from our naturalist and one field trip to the Anderson Conservation Area free of charge. To ensure a timeslot, please schedule your visits early. Availability is limited. The months of April and May are for field trips ONLY.  No in-class programs will be scheduled to ensure all classes can visit the center. Thanks for understanding!
